Voting Question: I need help getting my mom back to the states safely...plsss?

So im 17 years old living in Chattanooga, TN trying to go to college in Johnson City, TN anyways my mom is stuck in the syrian revolution and like her getting here is not the biggest problem but like if she comes here how is she gunna manage to support herself like is there any programs she can get from the government; she's 34 4kids im the only one in the states divorced also. She is a citizen as well as i am.
